The Science of Longevity

Lifespan is largely genetic. Healthspan is not. The decade between feeling sharp and feeling old is determined by a handful of markers — and almost all of them are modifiable.
We track epigenetic age, ApoB, VO2 max, grip strength, and visceral fat as the load-bearing five. When those move, biological age moves with them.
The goal is not to live forever. The goal is to compress morbidity — to stay athletic, sharp, and engaged for an additional decade or two on the back end.
